In line with its vision of fostering community and connection, KINN Habitat’s Grand Opening introduces The Marketplace, KINN’s first-ever pop-up bazaar.
Taking place every weekend in March at The Space, Level 5, from Friday to Sunday, 9 AM to 6 PM, The Marketplace evolves each week with a fresh lineup of local artists, designers, and artisans, turning the venue from a digital nomad’s retreat into a lively hub of creativity and culture.
Featuring a carefully curated lineup of local artists, designers, and artisans, guests can discover handcrafted goods and one-of-a-kind trinkets—perfect keepsakes for both locals and international travellers alike.
Past vendors such as Woodworthy showcased custom wooden creations crafted from natural and reclaimed materials, while Catbug Pawtraits delighted visitors with hand-painted portraits and on-the-spot flash tattoos. With new and exciting vendors joining every week, there’s always something fresh to discover!
Beyond shopping, The Marketplace also offers a variety of paid workshops and hands-on activities, designed to spark creativity and sustainability.
The Good Earth School hosts a Coffee Grounds Workshop, where participants can transform spent coffee grounds from brwd / KINN into eco-friendly creations, reducing waste while giving back to the planet. Meanwhile, Ibasho Mindfulness presents a session inspired by Shinrin-Yoku, the Japanese art of mindful immersion in nature—blending breathwork, sound healing, and meditation for deep relaxation and renewal.

Something Cheesy is Brewing at brwd / KINN!
To commemorate the grand opening of KINN Habitat, in-house café brwd / KINN is introducing its newest signature, “Say Cheese!”, a playful new drink inspired by the hotel’s Swiss cheese-like façade.
The building’s whimsical exterior, punctuated by uniquely shaped windows, allows natural sunlight to filter into the capsule accommodations, creating a warm and inviting ambiance.
Adding to its charm, the main entrance features a Morse code-inspired pattern, echoing the perforated side-wall design and enhancing the property’s eye-catching aesthetic. In tribute to this standout architectural feature, “Say Cheese!” embodies the same spirit of fun and creativity, making it the perfect addition to brwd / KINN’s grand opening celebrations.
As part of the “Say Cheese!” campaign, guests who purchase the drink can participate in a sure-win lucky draw by snapping a photo of their drink, posting it on Instagram with @staywithkinn while geotagging KINN Habitat, and presenting it to the barista.
Winners will get to draw their prize from a gachapon machine, adding an element of excitement and surprise. The gachapon features cheese-inspired trinkets, offering guests a unique and memorable keepsake from their visit.
