Artiste Biography:

RENE
RENE (they/them) is an independent artist from Singapore. Meaningful and authentic lyrics, rich vocals, and catchy guitar lines are what create their signature sound. Their music is influenced by pop, indie, and rock genres, and a mix of artists such as Phoebe Bridgers, Neck Deep, and beabadoobee. Their song-writing encompasses themes such as societal commentary, self-reflection, and personal relationships.

RENE has graced the stage as a guest artist for regional and international acts including Canadian artist elijah woods, Filipino artist Shanne Dandan, Indonesian artist VVYND, as well as US-based hongjoin.

The release of their single “Apocalypse!!!” in April followed the announcement of RENE as a Spotify RADAR 2025 artist. RENE plans to release their debut album in 2026.

lewloh
Uncompromising in his pursuit of connection through lyricism – lewloh is a queer singer-songwriter, yoga teacher and zoo keeper. Mellow at times but always hopeful, lewloh’s refreshing take on the folk singer-songwriter genre in Asia puts him at the forefront of emerging artists from Singapore and the rest of Southeast Asia.

With an openness to all that life has to offer, we hear this in his writing: an honest, warm, and introspective yearning to understand love and relationships from different perspectives.
