1. Ticket Policy
– Tickets are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to future events.
2. Conduct & Responsibility
– Ticket holders must conduct themselves professionally and respectfully at all times.
3. Damage to Venue
– Ticket holders will be liable for any damage caused to the venue, walls, furniture, or shared equipment due to negligence or misuse.
– Charges will be levied based on the extent of the damage and repair/replacement costs, payable to the event organiser.
4. Force Majeure
– The venue shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations under these Terms & Conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, pandemic-related restrictions, or government regulations. In such cases, the organiser reserves the right to reschedule or cancel the event without obligation to refund ticket fees.
5. Prohibited Items
– Ticket holders may not bring items that are illegal, offensive, or dangerous. The organiser reserves the right to remove any ticket holders found in violation.
6. Agreement
– By purchasing a ticket, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions outlined above.
